Hiring: Senior HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive with 3–8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection.
- Manage joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Manage employee relations and address employee queries.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle HR operations and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Maintain employee records and HR reports.
- Ensure statutory compliance and support audits.




- Coordinate with production and other departments for manpower requirements.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee relations.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
- Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates should be comfortable working at Khed Shivapur, Pune.
