Job Summary

LAA Organics is looking for a creative, skilled and passionate Baker & Chocolatier responsible for preparing high-quality cakes, chocolates, desserts and other bakery products. The candidate should have practical knowledge of baking techniques, chocolate making, product development, decoration and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare cakes, pastries, cookies, brownies, chocolates and other bakery products.
- Handle chocolate tempering, moulding, dipping and chocolate decoration.
- Prepare customised cakes, chocolate gift boxes and premium dessert products.
- Develop new recipes and cutting-edge bakery and chocolate products.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, presentation and product quality.
- Manage raw materials, ingredients, stock and inventory.
- Ensure proper storage, packaging and labelling of finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards throughout production.




- Monitor production schedules and minimise material wastage.
- Maintain production records and coordinate with the management team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or certification in Bakery, Patisserie, Chocolate Making or relevant training preferred.
- 2–5 years of practical experience in baking and chocolate making.
- Strong knowledge of cake preparation, frosting and decoration.
- Practical expertise in chocolate tempering and moulding.
- Creativity, attention to detail and product presentation skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and FSSAI standards.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

A creative and dedicated professional with hands-on experience in premium bakery products, artisan chocolates and customised desserts.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience, skills and practical expertise.
