Job Title: Team Leader - Real Estate Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Team Leader to lead our Real Estate Sales team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and mentor a team of 4-5 Pre-Sales / Telesales Executives.

- Allocate daily leads, monitor calling quality and ensure follow-ups.

- Drive the team to generate qualified site visits and achieve sales targets.

- Prepare and share daily performance reports (MIS) with management.

- Train new team members and motivate the team to achieve higher conversions.

- Coordinate with the Sales Manager for closing and site visit planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).

- Proven experience in team handling is a must.

- Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
