Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Online Marketing Specialist who can drive sales for the online store on eBay and other online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in eBay marketplace management, online marketing strategies, sales growth, and performance tracking across multiple platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for increasing product visibility, generating sales, managing online sales channels, and analysing performance to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketplace Store Management: Manage and optimise the perticuler eBay and other Marketplace store, including product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and product visibility.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase sales on the store on eBay and other online marketplaces.
- Online Marketing: Execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising strategies to improve product reach and conversion rates.
- Multi-Channel Sales Management: Monitor and manage sales from various sources, including eBay, the Store website, and other online marketplaces.
- Product Listing Optimisation: Conduct keyword research and optimise product listings to improve search rankings and customer engagement.
- Sales Analysis & Reporting: Track sales performance, revenue, conversion rates, traffic, and marketing campaign results across different platforms.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, product listings, promotions, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Inventory & Pricing Coordination: Coordinate product availability, pricing updates, and stock levels across sales channels.
- Order & Customer Coordination: Monitor order status, customer enquiries, returns, and feedback in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Performance Improvement: Identify sales gaps,



recommend corrective actions, and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace sales management.
- Hands-on experience with eBay Seller Hub and eBay store management.
- Knowledge of eBay listing optimisation, keyword research, and marketplace SEO.
- Experience managing sales across multiple online platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, promotions, and conversion optimisation.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with eBay Promoted Listings and marketplace advertising.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience with inventory management systems and e-commerce reporting tools.
