Profile Overview

Achyutam Technology is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, campaign optimization expertise, and a focus on generating quality leads, conversions, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop effective campaign strategies to generate leads, sales, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive ad spending.




- Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, banners, and video content.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and retargeting.
- Knowledge of campaign tracking, pixels, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
