Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Head – E-commerce Marketplaces to lead and drive our overall online marketplace business. The candidate must have strong expertise in Amazon marketplace management, business strategy, sales growth, and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and executing marketplace strategies, managing multiple e-commerce platforms, driving profitable sales, and building a strong online business presence.

Amazon Marketplace experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketplace Business Strategy
- Develop and implement overall marketplace business strategies to achieve aggressive sales and revenue targets.
- Take complete ownership of marketplace business performance, growth, and profitability.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
- Amazon Marketplace Management
- Must have strong hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Manage Amazon account operations, product listings, catalogues, pricing, promotions, and advertising.
- Drive sales through Amazon PPC, sponsored ads, deals, and promotional campaigns.
- Improve product rankings, visibility, conversion rates, and Buy Box performance.
- Monitor account health, customer feedback, inventory, and operational performance.
- Other Marketplace Management
- Manage and grow business across Flipkart, Shopify, and other relevant online marketplaces.
- Develop platform-specific strategies to increase sales and market share.




- Ensure effective catalogue management, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Take complete ownership of marketplace sales targets and revenue growth.
- Identify recent business opportunities and strategies to increase online sales.
- Drive business growth through data-driven decisions and market analysis.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, margins, and advertising ROI.
- Marketing & Performance Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing and marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Optimize advertising budgets and improve ROAS and overall marketing efficiency.
- Work on product visibility, SEO, keyword research, and conversion optimization.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, manage, and develop the marketplace team.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, operations, finance, and product teams.
- Establish KPIs and ensure achievement of business objectives.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in Amazon Marketplace is mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling marketplace sales.
- Experience with Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, PPC, catalogue management, and marketplace operations.
- Excellent business strategy, planning, and execution capabilities.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to independently handle the complete marketplace business.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 54.0 per week
