Job Summary

Arch Recruiters is hiring experienced Senior Bilingual English-Spanish Professionals for a US-based healthcare project.

We are looking for highly fluent English and Spanish speakers with extensive experience in outbound sales, cold calling, business development, telemarketing, or customer engagement.

Candidates must be confident in handling spontaneous conversations with US-based prospects in both languages, building relationships, handling objections, and generating qualified leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls to US-based prospects and customers in English and Spanish.
- Engage prospects through natural, spontaneous, and professional conversations.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Build strong customer relationships and understand customer requirements.
- Handle objections, customer queries, and follow-ups effectively.
- Demonstrate strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Achieve assigned calling, conversion, and performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8–9+ years of relevant experience in outbound sales, cold calling, business development, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent spoken English and Spanish fluency (mandatory).
- Strong experience handling US-based customers or prospects.




- Prior B2B sales or business development experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle spontaneous and unscripted conversations in both languages.
- Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and appointment-setting skills.

Mandatory Interview Assessment

Shortlisted candidates must undergo:

- Live English language proficiency assessment.
- Live Spanish language proficiency assessment.
- Practical cold-calling simulations and role-play exercises.
- Spontaneous conversation and objection-handling evaluation.

Work Requirements

- Full-time, work-from-office opportunity in India.
- Must be comfortable working in US time zones.
- Work-from-home and remote candidates will not be considered.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹13 LPA – ₹20 LPA.
