Job Title: Site Supervisor (Landscaping Project)Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee our landscaping and outdoor development projects. In this role, you will manage daily site operations, lead the landscaping crew, ensure quality workmanship, and make sure projects are completed on schedule and within safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Management: Oversee daily landscaping activities, including plant installation, hardscaping, grading, irrigation setup, and site cleanup.
- Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and supervise the landscaping crew on site, delegating tasks effectively to keep work moving smoothly.
- Quality & Progress Control: Ensure all work meets the project specifications, design plans, and high-quality standards.
- Resource Management:



Monitor the use of landscaping materials, equipment, and tools to prevent waste and ensure proper maintenance.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all workplace safety rules and regulations on the job site to maintain a secure environment for all workers.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact on site, providing regular updates to project managers and clients as needed.
