Responsible for coordinating mechatronics and control system activities for NPD projects, including technical documentation, outsourced vendor management, procurement, testing, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate development of control panels and mechatronics systems for current products.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs, drawings, specifications, wiring diagrams, I/O lists, and technical records in the company system.
- Manage outsourced vendors for design, manufacturing, wiring, programming, and testing of control panels.
- Review vendor technical offers, drawings, BOMs, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate procurement of PLC, HMI, sensors, electrical/electronic components, and control panels.
- Monitor vendor quality, cost, delivery, and technical compliance.
- Support prototype testing, FAT, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electronics, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Service teams.
- Support customer-site activities and resolve technical issues as required.

Qualification & Experience





- Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in NPD, industrial automation, control panels, or mechatronics.

Skills & Requirements

- Good understanding of control panels, PLC/HMI, sensors, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical assemblies.
- Knowledge of PCB testing, soldering, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Strong vendor coordination, procurement, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across India for installation, commissioning, and customer support.

Preferred Experience

Experience in industrial equipment, hydraulic systems, hydraulic torquing tools, smart control panels, industrial automation, sensors, data acquisition, electro-hydraulic systems, or industrial control systems will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
