Job Description – Home Room Teacher (HRT)

Position: Home Room Teacher (HRT)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and handle a designated classroom effectively.
- Teach assigned subjects according to the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans and conduct engaging classroom activities.
- Monitor students' academic performance and overall development.
- Maintain attendance, student records and progress reports.
- Ensure classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate with parents regarding students' academic progress.
- Coordinate with subject teachers and the Academic Coordinator.
- Participate in school events, meetings and academic activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Positive communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong subject knowledge and student-handling abilities.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
