Job Description – Telecaller

Company: Iconic Gentech LLP
Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding leads and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly call and follow-up reports.




- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain valuable customer relationships.

Requirements

- Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, email, and internet.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
