We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with GST and other applicable tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.

- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.

- Handle GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Maintain the general ledger, cash book, and bank book.

- Manage inventory and stock records, including stock inward, stock outward, and stock transfers.

- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records in the accounting software.

- Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock with system records.

- Track stock discrepancies, damaged goods, returns, and inventory adjustments.

- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure proper inventory control.

- Assist in TDS calculations,



income tax compliance, and other statutory filings.

- Perform GST reconciliation and ITC verification.

- Prepare financial reports, outstanding reports, stock reports, and expense statements.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other departments.

- Ensure accuracy of accounting and inventory records and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Good understanding of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

- Relevant accounting experience preferred.

- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
