Machine Maker, known as The Voice of Manufacturing, is a Pune-based B2B media house with over 16 years of experience in connecting India's manufacturing industry through print publications, digital content, videos, exhibitions, and brand partnerships.

We are looking for a creative, organised, and communication-oriented Executive – Marketing & Branding to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing, branding, and content initiatives for client accounts and the company.
- Understand client requirements, brands, and target audiences to develop effective marketing briefs.
- Coordinate with internal teams across Content, Video, Design, Customer Management, and Sales.
- Create, review, and refine marketing content, including LinkedIn posts, campaign copies, presentations, and proposals.
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing communication and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign activities, deliverables, timelines, and client feedback.
- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute creative ideas for brand visibility, digital engagement, and business growth.

What We're Looking For





- 3–4 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Content Marketing, Client Servicing, or Account Coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong content writing, editing, and coordination abilities.
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals, branding, and digital communication.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Confidence in handling client interactions and working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B, media, industrial, or manufacturing sectors will be an added advantage.
