Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Landscape Development Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and beautification of the resort's outdoor areas. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining attractive, healthy, and well-organised landscapes that enhance the overall guest experience and maintain the resort's natural beauty.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and maintain gardens, lawns, landscaped areas, and outdoor spaces within the resort.
- Supervise gardening and landscaping staff and allocate daily duties.
- Develop and implement landscaping plans to enhance the resort's appearance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of plants, trees, lawns, flower beds, and green spaces.
- Monitor irrigation systems, watering schedules, drainage, and fertilisation.
- Identify and control plant diseases, pests, and weed growth.
- Manage landscaping materials, gardening tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance and Housekeeping departments for outdoor upkeep.
- Plan seasonal plantations and introduce new plants and garden features.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of all outdoor areas.
- Monitor landscaping expenses and maintain cost-effective operations.
- Ensure environmentally friendly and sustainable landscaping practices.





Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in landscaping or garden management.
- Experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality landscaping will be an advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of plants, trees, soil management, irrigation, and gardening techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage landscaping projects independently.

- Passion for gardening, nature, and landscape development.
- Ability to maintain high landscaping standards.
- Hands-on experience in garden development and maintenance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
