Key Hiring Requirements

1. Industry Experience

- Experience in Ayurvedic, Herbal, Nutraceutical, FMCG or Wellness brands.
- Understanding of Ayurvedic products and consumer behaviour.
- Experience managing D2C brands.

2. E-Commerce Management

- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
- Manage the brand's own website and D2C sales.
- Product listings, catalogue management and pricing.
- Sales growth, revenue targets and profitability.
- Inventory coordination and order management.

3. Brand Strategy & Management

- Develop and execute the complete brand strategy.
- Brand positioning and identity.
- Marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage social media presence and digital branding.
- Coordinate with creative, content and design teams.
- Competitor analysis and market research.

4. Digital Marketing

- Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Performance marketing and ROAS management.
- SEO and website optimisation.




- Influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Customer acquisition and retention.

5. Complete Brand Ownership

- Take ownership of the brand from planning to execution.
- Develop monthly marketing and sales strategies.
- Manage the complete brand budget.
- Build brand awareness and increase market share.
- Monitor revenue, conversions and marketing ROI.

- Experience: 5–8 years
