Digital Marketing Specialist

Focus: Performance Marketing | Lead Generation | Social Media & Community Growth

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in paid advertising, lead generation, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta & Google Ads (High Priority)

* Run, manage, analyze, and optimize lead generation campaigns.

* Improve lead quality, reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL), and maximize ROI.

* Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

2. WhatsApp Community Growth

* Develop strategies to attract recent community members.

* Plan engagement activities to keep the community active.

* Increase community participation and retention.

3. Webinar Marketing

* Drive webinar registrations through paid and organic marketing.

* Implement strategies to increase actual webinar attendance.

4. Social Media Management

* Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media pages.

* Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.

* Stay updated with trends and improve reach and engagement.

5. LinkedIn Management





* Manage company LinkedIn pages and create professional content.

* Increase followers, engagement, brand visibility, and leads.

6. Analytics & Reporting

* Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and social media growth.

* Prepare reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements

* 2–4 years of relevant digital marketing experience.

* Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.

* Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.

* Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and community growth.

* Creative, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.

* Experience in finance/fintech marketing is a plus.
