Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT networking and Audio-Visual (AV) integration projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities of IT networking and AV installation projects from planning to handover.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation; report risks and delays to the Project Manager.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BOQs, SOWs, and daily/weekly status reports.
- Coordinate material procurement, delivery tracking, and vendor follow-ups.
- Schedule engineer deployments and support site readiness, safety, and compliance checks.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain project tracking tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana, along with Excel and PowerPoint reports.
- Monitor support tickets, SLA timelines,



and escalation procedures where applicable.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT or AV industries.
- Basic understanding of IT networking components, including switches, routers, firewalls, cabling, racks, and patch panels.
- Familiarity with AV systems such as projectors, audio controllers, and video conferencing units.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project documentation, including BOQs, SOWs, and status reports.
- Basic understanding of procurement, logistics, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Robust communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Exposure to project management tools, SLA-based support systems, or project management certifications such as CAPM.
