Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Experience
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities

- Explain company and client details to potential customers and address their queries.
- Communicate with prospective customers to promote client services and generate interest.
- Collect customer information and schedule appointments.
- Handle incoming calls from potential customers responding to advertisements.
- Follow up with prospective customers through telephone calls and written communication.
- Maintain customer records and provide regular activity reports.
- Support daily operational and administrative activities.




- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
