About the role
The Product Owner for Product Dimension (DimPro) is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap, managing the product backlog, and ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement of the application. The role acts as the bridge between business needs and product capabilities, working closely with Finance, Marketing, IT, Data Governance and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, governed and consistent product data. The role drives product delivery across the full lifecycle, establishes business rules and data quality standards, manages integrations, and promotes automation, user adoption and continuous improvement. About you A bachelor's degree in science, computers/IT, engineering, business or a related discipline. Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile/Scrum, Data Management or Business Analysis are a plus. Project Management certifications such as SCRUM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or ITIL are an advantage. 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Analysis and similar capacities.
Experience in product ownership or product management, with responsibility for defining product direction,



managing backlogs and coordinating delivery.
Experience working with data, master data, data governance, data quality, data integration or enterprise applications is highly desirable.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders and IT/development teams, including UAT, release management and production support. Positive work attitude with strong ownership, ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and capability to drive initiatives to completion. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills You bring open mindedness, ability to handle pressure, leading with courage and empathy, assertiveness and communicate effectively.
