Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed audits of pre-bind checklist & client files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of documentation, including client documentation, policies, endorsements, and correspondence.
• Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform regular quality checks on pre-bind checklists prepared by the brokers to ensure adherence to best practices and company standards.
• Collaborate with teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive process improvements.
• Prepare QA reports, highlighting findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Present insights to stakeholders and leadership to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborating with on-shore operations teams, account executives, brokers, and other stakeholders to address audit and QA findings.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on checklist creation, quality standards, and best practices for records keeping. Key Skills and Competencies:




• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using audit and QA tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage operations & Specialty insurance.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and innovation. About you

Qualifications:
• High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Must have producer’s license.
• Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred:
• Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
• Previous experience managing client relationships. Behaviors:
