Key Responsibilities
• Assist in analyzing existing Oracle database schemas, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
• Support the design and development of equivalent data models and ETL pipelines in Databricks using PySpark/SQL.
• Participate in data validation, reconciliation, and performance testing post-migration.
• Document migration processes, data mappings, and transformation logic.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and minimal downtime. Required Skills
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with Python or PySpark.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus.
• Exposure to Databricks, Apache Spark, or big data tools is an advantage.
