Roles & Responsililities:

- Develop digital training modules based on existing presentations and processes.
- Create repair quotations and processing orders. Coordinating with technical departments & compiling data.
- Creation and maintenance of technical documents, repair instructions and manuals and repair scenarios for the component.
- Administration of trainings (planning, participant lists, certificates).
- Data maintenance in training systems. Share Point set‑up and maintenance for Customer Service.

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

Qualification and Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Technical Field

Experience:

6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Technical Training

Preferred Skills / Special Skills:





- Robust knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, combustion engines, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in technical training, documentation, and content creation.
- Skilled in ERP systems, eLearning platforms, and project management.
- Strong responsibility, precision, teamwork, and intercultural collaboration.
- Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset; able to read technical drawings.
