About the Role

We're looking for a creative, strategic and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to take charge of our social media presence.

If you understand the internet, know what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn food content into engaging digital experiences, we'd love to meet you!

This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms.
- Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns and day-to-day publishing.
- Identify trends, viral formats and opportunities to create engaging food content.
- Collaborate with content creators, video editors, designers and the marketing team.
- Build and engage with the YFL online community.
- Track social media performance, analyse insights and optimise content strategies.
- Drive audience growth,



engagement and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with evolving social media trends and platform algorithms.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in food, lifestyle, media or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to develop creative and data-driven content strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, reels and viral content formats.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
- Relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- A strong portfolio or examples of social media pages managed will be an advantage.
