Key Responsibilities

Generate and research qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, industry databases, and market research.

Analyze sustainability reports and ESG initiatives of target companies to identify business opportunities.

Connect with Sustainability Heads, ESG Leaders, and key decision-makers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Business Development and Technical teams.

Coordinate proposal follow-ups, maintain client engagement,



and support the sales cycle until closure.

Who We're Looking For

MBA (Sustainability), M.Sc. Environmental Science, or a relevant degree with prior B2B sales/business development experience.

0 months to 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development. Experience in the Sustainability or Carbon Market sector will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

Hands-on experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-based research tools.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, persistent, and eager to build a career in the rapidly growing Sustainability & Carbon Markets industry.
