Role Description

The SEO Intern role at MyWall is a full-time 6 months internship, in office position based in Gurugram. In this role, the intern will support the optimization of MyWall's digital presence by assisting with keyword research, on-page SEO improvements, and basic link-building initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting SEO audits of web pages, tracking performance using web analytics tools, and preparing reports on traffic, ranking, and user behavior.



The intern will collaborate with marketing and content teams to align SEO recommendations with campaign goals and ensure best practices are implemented across the website. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with mentorship and learning opportunities in modern SEO strategies.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform keyword research and basic SEO audits using relevant tools and methods.
- Foundational understanding of on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with link-building concepts and best practices for acquiring quality backlinks.
- Exposure to web analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics or similar tools) to monitor traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Comfort working with basic HTML/CSS concepts and content management systems is an advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Curiosity to learn, willingness to take initiative, and interest in digital marketing and SEO trends.
