WE ARE HIRING | DEPARTMENT MANAGERS – FLIPKART MINUTES OPERATIONS

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and passionate professionals to join our growing Flipkart Minutes Operations team!

Open Positions:

•Department Manager – Inbound & Put-away
•Department Manager – Picking
•Department Manager – Inventory

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Operations

•Manage end-to-end inbound operations, including receiving, unloading, GRN and putaway.
•Ensure inventory accuracy and timely stock availability.
•Drive process compliance, productivity and operational efficiency.

Picking Operations

•Manage high-volume picking operations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
•Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to SLAs & VPT.
•Drive manpower productivity and minimize picking errors.

Inventory Management

•Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
•Manage stock reconciliation, ageing, shrinkage and variance control.
•Drive inventory health and process compliance.




•GTL & PST activity on daily basis for Inventory management.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•Experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Hyperlocal / Warehouse Operations.
•Robust team management and leadership capabilities.
•Excellent knowledge of warehouse KPIs, productivity and process excellence.
•Ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
