Location: Bangalore, India

We are looking for an experienced Strategy Lead to support the development and growth of a global technology product management function within a leading financial services organisation.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially astute and strategically minded qualified who can operate at a senior leadership level, shape business strategy and translate priorities into tangible business outcomes.

Working in a complex, global and evolving environment, you will play a key role in establishing effective operating models, driving strategic initiatives and enabling the continued growth and maturity of the function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business plans, operating models and governance frameworks.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring effective execution and measurable outcomes.
- Lead investment planning, develop business cases and support funding decisions.
- Drive financial planning, resource allocation and investment prioritisation.
- Establish effective business management practices, operating rhythms and performance frameworks.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across technology, product management, finance and business functions.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, scalability and organisational efficiency.




- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives within a geographically distributed global environment.
- Provide commercial and strategic insight to support business growth and long-term objectives.

- What We're Looking For:

- Significant experience in strategic business management, business transformation, strategy execution or technology business management.
- Proven experience operating in a senior strategic capacity within a complex, global organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience developing investment cases, financial plans and securing funding.
- Demonstrable ability to design operating models and translate high-level strategy into practical execution.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes across complex, matrixed environments.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to take ownership and operate with autonomy.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Financial services experience, ideally within a large, regulated organisation, would be highly advantageous.
