About the Role

Infojini is looking for motivated and enthusiastic recruitment professionals with at least 1 year of experience in IT Staffing who are interested in transitioning their careers into US IT Recruitment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have experience in domestic IT recruitment and are eager to explore international hiring, work with US clients, and recruit IT professionals for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various IT positions in the US market.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication abilities, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate pay rates and discuss compensation expectations with candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Understand US IT job titles, technologies, employment types, and recruitment practices.




- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Domestic IT Staffing / IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and technical hiring.
- Experience sourcing candidates for IT positions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn US IT Recruitment processes and work with international candidates.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.

- Candidates currently working in Domestic IT Recruitment who are interested in transitioning to US IT Staffing.
- Professionals with experience hiring for technical roles such as Java Developers, .NET Developers, Python Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and other IT positions.
