The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and optimize system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to analyze complex system issues and develop effective resolution strategies.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business priorities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution module functionalities and configurations.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to order management, pricing, and billing processes.
- Ability to analyze system logs and identify root causes of application failures.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules or external systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
