Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, build brand awareness, and execute digital marketing campaigns.

The role offers an opportunity to work with innovative AR/VR training solutions across industries such as manufacturing, defense, safety, and vocational training.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, videos, case studies, and product content.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts for brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing.
- Track campaign performance using CTR, CPC, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Support SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and digital campaign optimization.
- Coordinate with freelancers and agencies for graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.
- Plan and coordinate product shoots, company shoots, and project videos.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to develop relevant marketing content.




- Ensure approved content is scheduled and published on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Understanding of paid advertising and campaign optimization.
- Experience in LinkedIn marketing and B2B content creation is preferred.
- Good coordination and freelancer/vendor management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
