- Oversee the entire process of Sales and Operations Planning, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts and production planning
- This role requires a robust understanding of demand, supply, volume, product-mix and manufacturing aspects
- Lead key processes like Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement Planning, and
- Dispatch Planning in alignment with Business Strategy deliverables.
- Sales operations planning and effective logistics solutions for strategic material management
- Oversee entire logistics operations, ensuring productive logistics management

1. 20 – 24 years of experience in supply chain management/logistics management, preferably from the explosives/mining industry.
2. Graduate / B. Com/ B. Tech, MBA/PG (Supply Chain/Material Management) desirable but not mandatory
3. Industry Preference: Mining, Chemical, or Hazardous Chemical industry, with proven exposure to hazardous chemicals given the stringent regulatory requirements.
