What you’ll achieve

The Software Senior Principal Engineer (I9) serves as the Full-Stack Development Lead, driving the technical vision, architecture, and delivery execution for strategic application initiatives.

This leader is accountable for end-to-end feature delivery, technical excellence, mentoring engineers, and advancing AI-native and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices across development pods.

You will: Technical & Delivery Leadership - Lead a full-stack application pod, driving end-to-end feature delivery and translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Engineering Excellence & Innovation - Champion best practices in architecture, coding, quality, security, and AI-native engineering approaches to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.

Team Leadership & Mentorship - Develop and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning,



collaboration, and accountability.

Strategic Stakeholder Partnership - Partner with product, architecture, operations, and business leaders to align technical roadmaps, resolve critical issues, and drive organizational success.

Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements- 12 + years of solid hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI for scalable API and service developmene delivery from requirements through production Hands-on experience developing and operating applications in Kubernetes-based environments (KOB).

Deep understanding of Git

Hub-centric development workflows including pull requests, code reviews, branching strategies, and CI/CD Demonstrated proficiency in AI-assisted software engineering practices, including AI skills, MCPs, agents, copilots, and modern productivity tooling.
