SAP SD / SAP PS Specialist

Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead critical initiatives within our IT Services division, focusing on the seamless integration and optimization of SAP Sales & Distribution and Project System modules. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, specifically managing the Order to Cash cycle and executing precise project budgeting strategies. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that complex SAP implementations and ongoing support activities align with organizational goals while driving efficiency and accuracy across financial and operational landscapes.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate comprehensive requirement gathering sessions to translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP solutions.

- Manage the full lifecycle of SAP Implementation and Support projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP PS (Project System) modules to support core business operations.

- Design and troubleshoot complex data exchange mechanisms utilizing SAP IDOCs and APIs to ensure robust system interoperability.





- Drive the integration of Sales and Project modules with Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP) to maintain data consistency.

- Execute strict budget controls and project budgeting protocols to monitor financial performance against planned targets.

- Manage critical interfaces for SAP PS to enable accurate project tracking and reporting.

- Optimize the Order to Cash (O2C) process to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline revenue recognition.

Requirements Requirements:

- Possess 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience within the IT Services sector, specifically focusing on SAP solutions.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP IDOCs and API integration techniques.

- Show proven expertise in integrating SAP SD and PS modules with FI, CO, MM, and PP environments.

- Have a robust track record in managing the Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle.

- Exhibit solid capabilities in project budgeting, financial controls, and cost management.

- Display deep knowledge of SAP PS interfaces and their application in project execution.

- Bring extensive practical experience in both SAP Implementation projects and ongoing System Support.

- Possess exceptional skills in eliciting and documenting detailed business requirements.
