Role Purpose

- Own the delivery of AI-enabled products and capabilities within the Homes AI Lab, working with engineers,

- designers, architects and business stakeholders to turn ideas into valuable, scalable solutions.

- The role is responsible for translating business problems into clear product requirements, managing delivery

- priorities, defining success measures and ensuring solutions deliver measurable outcomes for colleagues and

- customers.

Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership





- Own and maintain the product backlog for assigned AI use cases.

- Define and prioritise features, user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Translate business needs into explicit requirements for delivery teams.

- Balance customer, colleague, technical and regulatory considerations when making product decisions.

- Delivery Management

- Work closely with engineers and SMEs to deliver AI capabilities and agentic workflows.

- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and prioritisation activities.

- Remove delivery blockers and drive progress towards agreed milestones.

- Track delivery risks, dependencies and issues.

- Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with business owners, operations teams, architects and control functions.

- Facilitate workshops to define requirements, processes and success measures.

- Provide regular updates on delivery progress, outcomes and risks.

- Gather feedback and incorporate learning into future iterations.
