CSIP is a global process for answering customer and prospect cybersecurity and privacy questionnaires for a leading healthcare technology company. As an Analyst, you will research and draft accurate responses, coordinate with specialists on complex questions, and help the team meet its service commitments - a role that sits right at the intersection of cybersecurity, healthcare technology, and client service.
What you'll do
Research and answer customer cybersecurity questionnaires using internal knowledge tools
Validate incoming requests and triage questions by complexity and ownership
Coordinate with Product Security Representatives on questions needing specialist input
Track ticket status and manage your queue against service-level targets
Awareness of data privacy basics (HIPAA, GDPR, handling of protected health information)
Working proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Robust written and verbal communication; comfort reading technical documentation
A genuine learning mindset - this role's knowledge requirements grow as AI and regulatory complexity grow, and that's treated as a normal part of the job
