Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Lead Developer specialising in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) for an upcoming project. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Service Now WSD implementation and development, along with technical solution design and platform configuration expertise.

The role requires the ability to design, develop and configure WSD applications, workflows, forms and integrations while collaborating with architects, business analysts and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and configure Service Now Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) applications.

- Develop and maintain WSD workflows, forms and integrations.

- Perform Service Now development and technical solution design.

- Configure Java Script, Flow Designer, Business Rules and Client Scripts.

- Work with Integration Hub and Service Now integrations.

- Develop workplace case management and space/facilities-related workflows.

- Follow Service Now application architecture and development best practices.

- Handle technical design, documentation, testing and deployment.

- Support platform performance optimisation.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts and business stakeholders.





- Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution design decisions.

Additional Expectations

Candidates with robust hands-on WSD implementation and development experience are preferred. Exposure to solution architecture or the potential to progress into an architectural role will be an advantage.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of overall IT experience.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Service Now WSD.

- Hands-on experience with Service Now Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).

- Strong Service Now development and technical solution design experience.

- Proficiency in Java Script.

- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules and Client Scripts.

- Strong knowledge of Service Now platform configuration.

- Experience with Integration Hub and Service Now integrations.

- Ability to design, develop and configure WSD applications, workflows, forms and integrations.

- Experience in workplace case management and space/facilities-related workflows.

- Knowledge of Service Now application architecture and development best practices.

- Experience in technical design, documentation, testing, deployment and platform performance optimisation.

- Ability to collaborate with architects, business analysts and business stakeholders.

Certifications

- Service Now CSA certification preferred.

- CAD or relevant CIS certifications will be an added advantage.
