9-15 years Summary We are seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation Lead or Senior Manager to drive strategic financial modernization within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role involves orchestrating complex change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, optimize financial reporting, and align financial strategies with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as a key architect of financial evolution, leveraging advanced ERP systems and data analytics to foster a culture of continuous improvement and fiscal excellence. Responsibilities
• Spearhead end-to-end finance transformation projects, from initial assessment and roadmap development through to implementation and post-deployment optimization.
• Lead the redesign and reengineering of core financial processes to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve accuracy in financial data management.
• Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on transformation goals, secure buy-in, and facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.
• Oversee the integration and utilization of enterprise resource planning platforms, specifically SAP and Oracle, to streamline financial operations.
• Direct advanced financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) activities,



including the development of robust budgeting frameworks and dynamic forecasting models.
• Utilize business intelligence tools like Power BI to generate actionable insights, visualize financial performance, and support data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
• Mentor and guide finance teams in adopting new methodologies and technologies, ensuring high levels of competency and engagement throughout the transformation journey. Requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum of 9 to 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with a significant portion dedicated to transformation initiatives or senior management roles.
• Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing SAP and Oracle ERP solutions within a corporate finance environment.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and analytics, with a robust command of Power BI for reporting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated success in process reengineering, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements in financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating complex organizational structures and influencing senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting cycles, and forecasting methodologies.
• Strong background in finance transformation, with the ability to translate strategic vision into executable operational plans.
