S. ventures. Role Description The Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bhavnagar. This position is responsible for leading the sales team, setting targets, and driving revenue growth for Foundo Inc.’s business formation and support services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and product demos, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to optimize client acquisition and retention.



The role also involves monitoring sales performance metrics, preparing reports for leadership, and continuously improving sales processes and strategies. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, including team management, target setting, and performance coaching.
• Strong skills in B2B sales, client relationship management, and negotiation within services or SaaS environments.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage pipelines, and use CRM tools to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex services clearly.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with international entrepreneurship, U.
S. business formation, or financial and compliance services is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhavnagar and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
