We Are Hiring: Europe Destination Specialist We are looking for an experienced Europe Destination Specialist who has a strong background in selling customized European holiday packages and handling premium international travellers. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in independently handling Europe travel enquiries, designing customized itineraries, preparing quotations, negotiating with clients and successfully converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. This position is exclusively for professionals with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in European holiday package sales. Candidates with general international holiday sales experience but no actual Europe package sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle Europe-specific international holiday enquiries from initial consultation to final booking confirmation.
• Design customized European itineraries for luxury holidays, honeymoons, family vacations, couples, and FIT travellers.
• Demonstrate strong destination knowledge across Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, and other popular European destinations.
• Understand client preferences, travel expectations, budgets, and recommend suitable European travel experiences.
• Handle premium, HNI,



and high-value clients with personalized consultation and professional servicing.
• Prepare detailed quotations and recommend suitable hotels, sightseeing, activities, transfers, rail journeys, and unique experiences across Europe.
• Understand European travel routes, intercity connectivity, itinerary planning, and destination combinations.
• Follow up on qualified leads, negotiate effectively, handle objections, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining healthy margins and booking profitability.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow the company's sales processes.
• Coordinate with European DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and internal operations teams.
• Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat bookings and referrals. Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in European Holiday Package Sales.
• Proven experience in independently handling Europe travel enquiries, designing customized European itineraries, preparing quotations, negotiating with clients, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Strong practical knowledge of European destinations, particularly Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, and Scandinavia.
• Experience in handling premium clients, HNI travellers, and high-value European holiday bookings.
• Good understanding of European hotels, sightseeing, transfers, rail travel, destination combinations, pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling,



and sales-closing skills.
• Hands-on CRM experience and the ability to maintain accurate lead and client records.
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Gujarati or Marathi will be an added advantage.
