Role Description The Training Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune – Chinchwad in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This position is responsible for identifying training needs across departments, designing and delivering engaging training programs that reflect the brand’s CARE culture, and supporting continuous development of Team Members. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs analysis, preparing training materials, facilitating classroom and on-the-job sessions, and maintaining training records and reports. The role also involves coordinating with department heads to align training with operational goals,



monitoring training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and local requirements. The Training Development Executive actively promotes a learning culture that enhances guest satisfaction, service quality, and Team Member engagement. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Training Needs Analysis and Training & Development to identify competency gaps and design effective learning solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills to deliver clear, engaging, and interactive training sessions to diverse groups.
• Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with Team Members, collaborate with department leaders, and support a positive learning environment.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate training outcomes, interpret performance data, and recommend improvements.
• Relevant experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries, especially in learning and development or HR, is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and basic learning technologies.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives are important for success in this role.
