Senior Technical Architect (Hands-on) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Application Architect to lead a team of software engineers while actively contributing to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications, cloud solutions, and CRM integrations. Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality processes.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development planning.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Technical Leadership
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for enterprise applications and platform integrations.
• Remain hands-on with software development, code reviews, troubleshooting, and solution design.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, cloud-native architectures, DevOps methodologies, and CRM platform integrations.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA, Salesforce administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Delivery & Execution

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.

• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, API Management, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates).
• Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, monitoring, and cost optimization. DevOps & Data Technologies
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other relational or NoSQL databases.
