The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in risk and control self-assessments (RCSA), controls testing, and risk and control frameworks. The role involves assessing the effectiveness of technology and digital risk controls, identifying potential gaps, and ensuring that risk management practices align with established frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform controls testing across technology, digital, and cybersecurity risk areas.
• Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to evaluate potential risks and the effectiveness of existing controls.
• Apply relevant risk and control frameworks to assess processes, identify control gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Review and evaluate control design and operating effectiveness.
• Identify areas of risk exposure and support the development of appropriate remediation measures.
• Document testing results, assessment findings, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to strengthen risk management and control practices.




• Support risk and compliance remediation activities, ensuring identified issues are addressed effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Strong background in technology risk management, digital risk management, or cybersecurity risk management.
• Practical experience in Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
• Experience conducting controls testing and evaluating control effectiveness.
• Good understanding of risk and control frameworks and their application across technology and digital environments.
• Solid analytical, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
