Up to ₹50,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Reporting To: Directors Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Manager – Banking, Treasury & Trade Finance to manage banking operations, cash flow, foreign exchange, import payments, working capital facilities and trade finance activities across the company and its group entities.

Key Responsibilities
• Banking Operations: Manage banking relationships, daily transactions, bank accounts, payments and coordination with Relationship Managers.
• Treasury & Cash Flow: Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, fund utilisation and liquidity requirements.
• Foreign Exchange: Execute approved forex deals, forward contracts and monitor FX exposure and maturity.
• Import & Trade Finance: Handle import remittances, Buyer's Credit, trade finance, BOE mapping and IDPMS/EDPMS closures.
• Working Capital: Manage OD/CC facilities, drawing power, utilisation, renewals, enhancements and bank documentation.
• Bank Compliance:



Prepare and submit UFCE statements, periodic bank returns and other financial documents.
• External Liaison: Coordinate with banks, credit rating agencies, DGFT, consultants and financial institutions.
• Reporting & Controls: Maintain transaction trackers, bank records and provide regular cash flow, facility utilisation and pending-closure reports to Directors. Requirements
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations, Treasury, Working Capital or Trade Finance.
• Graduate in Commerce / Finance; MBA / PGDM Finance, CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred.
• Hands-on experience with OD/CC facilities, corporate net banking, RTGS/NEFT and import remittances.
• Knowledge of USD/AED forex transactions, forward contracts and Buyer's Credit.
• Practical exposure to BOE, IDPMS, EDPMS, UFCE and bank submissions.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, financial documentation and bank coordination.
• Robust communication, numerical accuracy and follow-up skills. Preferred Background: Candidates from Import, Export, Trading and Manufacturing companies with hands-on banking, treasury and trade finance experience.
