We provide e-commerce-related services, including marketplace account management, product listing, catalogue management, order processing, inventory management and seller account support. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities
• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.
• Create and update product listings with titles, descriptions, images and prices.
• Handle daily orders, shipping and delivery updates.
• Maintain product stock and inventory records.
• Monitor seller account performance and resolve basic issues.
• Handle customer returns, refunds and cancellations.
• Assist with product promotions and online advertisements.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with clients and provide regular updates.
• Stay updated with marketplace rules and policies. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces.




• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or Meesho Supplier Panel is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic computer and internet operating skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new tools, platforms and technologies. Educational Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant e-commerce certifications or practical knowledge will be given preference. Experience
• Freshers can apply.
• 0–1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management or online selling is preferred.
