Experience:
11+ Years We are looking for an experienced Release Manager – Global IBP with strong exposure to o9 Solutions and enterprise Supply Chain Planning / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end release planning, governance, coordination and execution across multiple regions and global business teams. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end release planning, strategy, roadmap and deployment calendars for global o9/IBP implementations.
• Drive release governance, scope alignment, milestones, dependencies and readiness assessments.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Engineering, Data, Platform, Testing, Business and o9 teams.
• Manage releases across Development, SIT, UAT, Regression and Production environments.
• Drive IBP Code Merge processes to maintain a unified codebase across international regions.
• Coordinate testing activities and ensure critical defects are resolved before production deployment.
• Govern Change Requests (CRs), approvals and deployment activities.
• Manage release risks, cross-product dependencies,



environment conflicts and deployment timelines.
• Lead Go/No-Go discussions, production deployment, rollback planning and hypercare.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardisation and release management best practices. ? Required Skills &

Experience:
• 11+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong experience in Release Management / Product Management / Programme Delivery.
• Enterprise Supply Chain Planning / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience.
• Hands-on functional or delivery exposure to o9 Solutions.
• Experience with SAP IBP and/or JDA is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Production Deployment and Hypercare.
• Experience handling multi-region implementations and complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Valuable understanding of Change Management, CAB approvals, Release Governance and Rollback Planning.
• Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
