Key Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities
• Overall Responsible for the IT Department.
• Monitoring of Server & E-mail admin panels
• Monitoring of hardware, software & networking requirements of the organization, warehouse, or any other place as required by Management
• Maintain data security of the company
• Managing and Handling ERP (Business Central).
• Managing Handling and of company’s website mobile app, social media & marketplace (social media).
• Preparing & keeping asset inventory updated
• Managing data backup system, including CCTV
• Ensure Firewall Configuration is timely updated also bundle package enabled to ensure external and internal protection.
• Microsoft ERP teams/AI /Business central ERP Training or PPT on various modules and workflows to be available and scheduled promptly.
• Prepare Policy for IT CRM/ Ticketing system as per ITIL standards to be available




• Prepare a policy for E-waste
- A properly defined policy for identifying and discarding E-waste to be adhered to as per industry standards.
• Prepare a policy for Asset Management to be available to identify assets/warranty/depreciation
• Provide Monthly IT Training to the Staff on ERP, CRM ,ticketing tool and other software tools used
• Submit Daily/Weekly Report to the Reporting Manager
• Train Current Hires (Do’s & Don’ts of IT Department)
• Prepare and implement IT Training calendar after approval of the Reporting Manager
• Exposure to handling ERP, CRM, and HRMS
• Ability to develop internal software packages using the latest technology
• Mid-level exposure to data security
• Network of service providers
• Social Media Updates and Online ranking in terms of Google ratings Education Graduate or Postgraduate in IT Experience 7+ years
