Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in, Computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Adopt an AI-first development approach by integrating AI-powered tools into daily software development activities.
• Leverage AI-assisted development for code generation, refactoring, debugging, unit test creation, documentation, and code reviews.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using established software engineering principles.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality, reliability, and performance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot production defects, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver business requirements.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Ensure security, scalability, reliability,



and maintainability across application components.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security vulnerabilities, performance, and adherence to project standards.
Mandatory

Skills:
• 9–12 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Solid proficiency in Core Java, object-oriented programming, collections, exception handling, multithreading, and concurrency.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Practical experience with AI-first development methodologies, using AI to accelerate the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to effectively validate, test, debug, and refine AI-generated code rather than relying on unverified outputs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Good to have

skills:
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted coding, code completion, test generation, and refactoring.
• Experience using Claude or similar AI assistants for code analysis, debugging, technical documentation, and development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software engineering practices, prompt engineering, and context-driven code generation.
• Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native application development. Qualifications
