Role Description This is a full time Social Media Manager role . The Social Media Manager will plan, execute, and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies based on data and client goals. The role involves close collaboration with creative and marketing teams, responding to audience interactions, and staying current with social media trends and best practices to support ROI-focused campaigns. Qualifications




• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear messaging, audience engagement, and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn analytics) and applying insights to improve performance.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as paid social, remarketing, and integration with broader campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, SEO).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
• Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a digital agency or marketing environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
