Position: Operations Manager

Location:
Vadodara, Gujarat (with travel to client sites)

Experience:
4–7 years Annual CTC: ₹5.5–6 LPA Eligibility:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare/Hospital Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• MBA in Operations, HR or Healthcare Management, or a Master's in Hospital Administration preferred.
• Relevant experience in healthcare operations will be an added advantage. Skills Required:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience handling multi-location and manpower-intensive operations.
• Valuable knowledge of operations management and process coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting and dashboard management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage client relationships, service quality and operational compliance.
• High ownership, accountability and willingness to travel. Role Overview: Manage day-to-day operations across Occupational Health Centres, medical camps, ambulance services and corporate healthcare contracts. Ensure smooth service delivery, effective team coordination and client satisfaction.
