Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: Freshers (0 - 1 Year)

Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment activities for TekPillar's internal hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Connect with candidates to understand their qualifications, experience, and job preferences.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Publish job openings across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA or equivalent).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented recruitment workplace.
